This delivery policy is effective immediately for all confirmed orders.

1. Order Dispatch Standard

All confirmed orders will be arranged for dispatch within 2 working days after payment verification is completed.

Orders submitted on non-working days will be processed and arranged for shipment on the next working day.

We will not dispatch goods for incomplete information or unconfirmed delivery address orders.

2. Delivery Coverage Area

Regular delivery service covers mainstream domestic regions within the United Kingdom.

Remote areas may face extended transit time and extra delivery related charges.

Some special restricted zones are temporarily not available for delivery service.

3. Estimated Transit Time

General domestic orders take 3 to 7 working days to reach the designated delivery address after shipment.

Peak shopping period or bad weather may cause reasonable delay of around 2 to 4 days.

No fixed arrival time can be fully guaranteed due to uncontrollable logistics factors.

4. Delivery Address Modification

Address change application can be submitted freely before goods leave our warehouse.

Once parcel enters transit process, address adjustment request will no longer be acceptable.

All modification requests need to be sent and confirmed within 24 hours after order placement.

5. Goods Receipt Inspection

Customers are suggested to check package appearance and product integrity while receiving parcels.

Damaged or missing goods issues shall be reported to our team within 48 hours upon receipt.

Overdue feedback cannot be accepted for delivery liability verification and handling.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

Parcels failed to be delivered due to wrong address or unreachable receiver will be held for 7 calendar days.

Unclaimed packages beyond holding period will be returned back to our original warehouse.

Secondary delivery expense caused by receiver reasons shall be borne by the order buyer.

7. Delivery Liability Explanation

Our responsibility ends after goods are properly handed over to official logistics carriers.

We will assist customers to track parcels and coordinate solving abnormal delivery problems.

Loss or damage caused by irresistible factors shall be handled in accordance with logistics industry rules.

8. Policy Update Rules

The company reserves rights to adjust delivery terms according to logistics situation and local regulations.

Standard delivery service is provided free of charge for all valid orders.

The first return and exchange application will not generate extra logistics fees.
