An order is legally confirmed only after full payment is successfully verified and completed.

Order information cannot be modified once the packaging and dispatch process has started.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment verification.
Standard delivery service is provided free of charge for all eligible orders across the UK.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 working days depending on the delivery location.
Delivery obligations are completed once the parcel is handed over to the logistics carrier and marked as delivered.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Customers may apply for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving goods in original condition.
The first return or exchange request per order qualifies for free return shipping.
Shipping fees for subsequent returns will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection of returned items.

Any product-related claims or issues must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Customized, clearance or hygiene products are excluded from the return and exchange service.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, weather, logistics exceptions or other force majeure events.
We shall not be liable for indirect losses including but not limited to convenience loss or data damage.
